yay

yay! finally got together is MK after 2 years! :P
yeah "roved" the galleria

urm....ok i want to talk about something
whats going on in the US nowadays?
whats your perspective on the US?
In my opinion, I think the country needs to mobilize to be less consuming, i mean, if you look at everyone else, they consume far less than we do right? and they can live a just as good of a life right? but sometimes we can consume too much and thats where we have a problem, it leaves other people without much, i sort of think of it as modern-day behind-the-curtain/masked/hidden/closeted imperialism....not quite but the basic concept of it. our corporations try to get cheap labor right? and thats natural, business needs a cheaper way to get its products to sell it for a higher bid, thats how it works in our world, yes? but its how they get it is the bad part, they take advantage of the cheap labor and gets tons and tons of it to supply us because we consume just way too damn much, that leaves the people who obtain it for us with just the minimal pay. This is a modern version of exploitation. Its awful that we just have everything brought to us and all we have to do is buy it and not give a damn about where it came from or what it cost just to make it.  Thats also a reason why a good percentage of the world hates the US.  So what do you think we should do?

Another thing, the exploitation dealie causes us "step in" to protect our "interests". Yes, thats good and everything but it gets to a point that we agitate the area of interest that they hate us so much and it gives a taint to the American image.  We get so caught up in world affairs thats none of our business that its annoying to others.  If we want to help a good cause we don't have to directly get into it and start a war, we should help it indirectly, in a more peaceful manner...In my opinion the leading powers need to step up and take charge of our future, the third world countries can't afford drastic changes such as hybrid cars or low emission machines among other things. We as citizens of strong powers in this world should take larger steps to preserve what we have left and help those third world countries to be like us, by doing so we set and example and by help those countries we won't have to live so carelessly.  Its time to be responsible.

this is a blue screen, so the comp can take out the blue screen and replace it with something like a map, but the person (if theyre not wearing blue) will still be visible....if not....theyll be part of the map.... so you get this

yep thats mr. g on the blue screen
since the map isnt visibly on their the weather dude looks off to a giant lcd screen where mr g is looking and points blindly at the blue screen (the map you see)

Judge declares mistrial in war objector case

FORT LEWIS, Wash. - The judge overseeing the court-martial of an Army lieutenant who refused to deploy to Iraq declared a mistrial Wednesday, saying the soldier did not fully understand a document he signed admitting to elements of the charges.

First Lt. Ehren Watada was fighting charges of conduct unbecoming an officer and missing movement for refusing to leave last June with his unit, the 3rd Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division.

Earlier Wednesday, before his declaration, Lt. Col. John Head, the military judge, said the case could end in a mistrial if Watada’s lawyers refused to let the defendant answer the judge’s questions about potential inconsistencies with a “stipulation of fact” that Watada agreed to before the trial began.

Before Head's ruling, an Army official said that if a mistrial was declared, it could be “months” before a new trial.

At the center of the dispute between the judge and the defense is Watada’s intent when he did not deploy with his unit to Iraq. The defense has consistently tried to call into question the legality of the war, because Watada said the war is illegal and a command to fight in Iraq is also illegal. But the judge has said the argument over the legality of the war is not a matter that can be settled in military court.

Watada's civilian defense attorney said he would invoke the protection against double jeopardy if the government followed through with plans to retry his client.

Eric Seitz said he will seek dismissal of the charges with prejudice, meaning they could not be refiled. The Army's judge advocate general at Fort Lewis said double jeopardy does not apply in this case.

This soldier dude is doing what is right, support him people!

anyways, got UIL this weekend with Romanza (not the spanish ballad that is so commonly known) by Niccolo Paganini, the violinist/guitarist composer. its said that he would write songs (hes know for alot of romance theme songs) and transcribe them easy to violin for young women to play and so when they played the music with him he'd sound worlds apart from them and theyd jump into bed with him lol ladies and gentlemen, the first groupies

yeah well, crappy two weeks fun filled with lots of work, thank god history is finally lightening even though its a good class......yeah

okay
